THE UNVEILING OF MYSTERIOUS VANILLA NOTES by Juliette Has a Gun is a unisex Eau de Parfum that falls within the Oriental fragrance category. This intriguing scent was introduced in 2019 by a niche perfume house. Drawing inspiration from the thrill of a first encounter, it captures the essence of that unforgettable moment—sensual and electrifying. The fragrance opens with unexpected saline notes that create a striking initial impression. In its core, a delicate orchid flirts with a creamy vanilla absolute, weaving through its floral layers. The base is comprised of rich sandalwood, tonka bean, musk, and benzoin, blending harmoniously. THE DESIGN. Consistent with the brand's aesthetic, the bottle is elegantly simple with a cylindrical glass structure. It features a gradient hue transitioning from tranquil blue to sandy beige, symbolizing the interplay of warmth and coolness present in the scent. SAVORY VANILLA. Don’t let the name mislead you; the vanilla essence here is not smooth or sweet like traditional vanilla. Instead, it reveals an exhilarating and distinctive character. A savory vanilla that balances warmth with an unexpected saline twist. CONTRASTING HARMONY. This scent unfolds like an olfactory ballet, embodying the interplay of heat and chill—an enchanting chemistry between opposites.
